It is a fact that when Juan works all day and he has no time to play, life will be miserable. This statement is also true to all school managers who

spend all their time at work and don’t have time to relax and enjoy. As a result, they get into the atmosphere of loneliness and boredom and easily

get tired in performing their task. Worst of all, they were caught having diseases like stroke, heart attack, hypertension and nervous breakdowns.

To make our work easier and enjoyable we must think of ways on how we can use our time wisely. First we need to know our priorities in school.

We need to list down and plan what to be done for the day and what are our long range plans.In doing this, we can focus more on our short range

priorities and end up all tasks to be accomplished. In conducting meetings, we also need to plan the agenda with proper time allotment so we can

discuss the matters well. Delegation is a sign of a good leader…we need to delegate our burdens and have trust in our teachers and staff to avoid

one-man-show thereby tapping and developing good followers who will be our successor.

Our freetime must be wisely spent…reading great books that will inspire us to become better administrators, watching valuable shows that will make us

laugh, spending time to know and talk to the people in our workplace and sometimes join them in their lunch and snacks,

The task of being school managers inspite of our challenging task can be made enjoyable…if we know how to use our time “WISELY”
