Generation Z has made a name for themselves in the business world through the platform that allows levels of digital competence, dedication, and drive to succeed. As more Generation Zers enter the workforce, it will be critical for business leaders to understand the work and benefits that they must provide in order to attract and retain them. Young employees of the next generation are always important to hire for your company because they bring new perspectives and insights, as well as valuable skills.

Furthermore, Millenials are quite different from one another, but they are also interconnected with their adaptability to changes around them. Millennials are considered technology fluent, whereas Gen Zers are significantly more reliant on technology. Technological fluency is a natural, intuitive knowledge of technology and how to use it. We all know that technology has made our lives easier, but it can also cause complications depending on who and how it is used. Despite our differences, when it comes to our perspectives, work, and lifestyle, Gen Z's reliance on technology may have a means of extending to themselves. They also advocate for a more balanced work/life experience to help them avoid the burnout that technology has caused in the older generation. And various social media applications now help not only to keep a burnout and stress-free environment but also through their work because there are more tools that could easily help Gen Z individuals on the job.

The ability to adapt to change, on the other hand, is what specific Gen Z skills must be kept in mind. Albert Einstein once said, Education is not the acquisition of facts, but rather the training of the mind to think. The first and most important thing is critical thinking abilities. Being able to think for yourself is an important skill to have, especially at a time when the concept of a career and the workforce is changing. Critical thinking is simply self-directed and self-disciplined, so you will need to be able to think for yourself in a meaningful and realistic way to help the company or workplace you are capable of handling business or innovation. The next characteristic is a high level of adaptability. As Gen Z, we are aware that change is fast-paced in our generation, and adapting and shifting to it may be difficult, but we must always remember that change allows our minds to outgrow the roots of what we are learning every day. Navigating emerging technologies is something that most students and professionals must do on a daily basis in order to make their lives easier, but it frequently comes with new challenges. Of course, our cultures, family values, and opinions differ. And from these, a variety of outcomes may be obtained. Individuals may be able to adapt, or they may be left behind. Furthermore, good communication skills are essential. Being able to lightly lead the conversation with your teammate, boss, and other field employees may give you the impression that you are taking the team with you. Gen Z communication skills are providing the most comfort in each other, not just in the workplace. Understanding and compassion for one's own feelings is far more rewarding than any other material possession. Because being able to feel what other people were feeling could build rapport, and I can assure you that it will yield far better results than any Gen Z person would know. Moving on to a much more diverse set of skills that any Gen Z would possess. A deeper cultural understanding can lead to more positive interactions, increased collaboration, and truly diverse discussions in the workplace across various companies and businesses. Given that Generation Z is widely regarded as one of the most diverse generations to date, the future workplace will feature a broader variety of opinions and perspectives. In this way, we may be able to not only build rapport but also increase the company's brand marketing. In a more cultural context, keeping it with some students will keep the relationship moving with good compensation with each other. With competition in various professional fields being a normal part of achieving success in life, the world is more associated than ever before, so many will be competing on a much larger global stage than previous generations may have. Having the initiative and drive to start competing will be an important factor in navigating certain aspects of life, particularly when it comes to career and educational opportunities, and will give you a much greater impression of trust and loyalty. And, in other words, it is far more important than one's sales. These are the most important skills that any Gen Z will have and acquire, but there are others to consider, such as creative thinking, problem-solving skills, analytical skills, the ability to ask the right questions, innovation, and entrepreneurial thinking.

As an innovator of this generation, there are still loopholes that Gen Z are experiencing with their skills. Gen Z's top financial goals are wanting to save money and increase their income for the betterment of their future. And, because Gen Z is a critical thinker, they are considering saving for future expenses in order to secure and adapt to possible changes. And as of now, the dollar is dominating the Philippine economy, and as of today, October 28, 2022, a single US dollar bill has reached 57.91, making it more difficult than ever to settle for in our generation. While economic issues were becoming more prevalent, it is clear that the current state of inflation and rising prices is viewed as a crisis by these generations, who have already experienced more than one financial crisis at a young age in this pandemic.

            And by having adaptability and creative skills, Gen Z may be able to find a solution to these types of problems. However, some of them may be exhausted by a variety of problems, including mental health issues. It is critical that you fight for your future, but it is even more critical that you maintain your mental and physical health in order to achieve all of your goals in the future. As a Generation Z with these skills, we are still on the verge of discovering more, so keeping our steps ahead of our goals and shoes in mind should be a priority.

            Being an innovator in this Generation Z is frequently required to overcome the challenges of change. We will foster and individually grow as people while also achieving organizational and economic growth through innovation and remaining afloat in today's highly competitive world.
