I believe that all school managers want to be successful in their field. Everyone hopes and dreams to realize their Vision and Mission in school.

To carry out his plans a schoolhead should have strong motivation and drive so as to motivate his workers and staff. He needs to know how to

encourage his teachers to be committed and productive at work. He must be a model of  honesty and integrity in the workplace.

A successful school manager also works with enthusiasm for the welfare of the school. His energy at work serves as guide to his workers for

them to become energetic in doing their tasks so that the pupils in school will be motivated to study and attend their classes. He is restless because

he truly aims to offer the best education to all their clientele. A successful schoolhead  also dreams big for his teachers and pupils and understands

that nothing is impossible if the welfare of the children is their priority.

A school administrator should work by example…he is organize, he shows honesty in all his transaction in school, he plans ahead of time, he

always think positively, he do the right thing and do everything not for personal gain but for the benefit of all his people.
