Changes in behavior are mostly influenced by circumstances and a person’s surroundings greatly influence their behavior. Student experiences are greatly influenced by the human environment which has a significant impact on teaching and learning. An optimal learning atmosphere is established when students view their classrooms as encouraging and safe places where they can feel harmless, comfortable and secure in which such supportive environments are ideal for learning. When learning is supported by positive interactions with teachers and peers, students feel most relaxed and quickly adapt to and enjoy the process of learning. Positive classroom environments can improve student attention, lower anxiety levels, and increase motivation to study in the context of teaching and learning. Students learn more easily and look forward to it with excitement when they are in a happy environment.

Educators need to work in a positive human environment to become motivated and effective educators. It improves them carry out their responsibilities quickly and effectively, which supports their development into capable and considerate educators. They are better equipped to accommodate different learning styles in this encouraging environment, which makes for a more productive learning environment.

Providing love, care, and support to young children is essential to fostering a positive learning environment. The scope of modern education goes beyond simply providing knowledge and pre-established subjects to students. According to research, students learn best when they feel comfortable enough to explore their environment. Students can take charge of their own education when they are in a supportive and encouraging environment that promotes inquiry and discovery. It increases students’ capacity for self-directed learning and productivity by promoting teamwork, celebrating successes, and embracing learning from mistakes.

In an effort to create a welcoming environment, teachers must keep in mind that the classroom is a child’s second home. Restrictions and strict rules can narrow students’ attention, make it harder for them to explore different viewpoints, and make it more difficult for them to solve problems. Positive classroom environments, on the other hand, increase focus, lower anxiety levels, and promote behavioral and emotional control in students.
