Last 6th and 7th of June of the current year (June 6-7, 2024) the Grade 11 TVL class participated and took the assessment for Cookery NC II at St. Benilde for Global Competence Inc. Grade 11 level Senior High of Olongapo City National High School is first launched and implemented in the administration and headed by Principal Dr. Roderick Tadeo. Fortunately, the first batch of TVL surpassed the assessment. Out of 10, five (5) are students with special needs or persons with disability (SNED) despite their condition not precluding accepting the challenge to fulfill the requirements to meet the standard of TESDA. In addition to cooking, students especially the SNED developed interpersonal skills, camaraderie, and self-assurance. On the 7th of August, the students were awarded and received their TESDA certification at the office of Principal Dr. Sandy Cabarle together with the trainor and MAPEH Dept. Head Ma’am Olivia Cannu.
