Educators are the persons most responsible in imparting knowledge to an individual as acquiring education is one of his needs in order for him to grow and succeed in all aspects of life. Education is a field of knowledge with technical aspects of teaching.
It can be compared to my friend who is an agriculturist. He does everything for his farm. He does not miss any opportunity that would come to him like attending seminars, lectures on how to augment his harvest. Although he spends time and money, he does not mind it. What important to him is to find new trends in farming.
So too in education, to learn more of what an educator possesses now, could make him a better person if he should use it in the proper way.
After experiencing many years in teaching, education is still needed. It could be done through training, seminars, and pursuing higher education. There we find new techniques, strategies to upgrade teaching competency.
From time to time, changes will occur in our educational system as we are in a changing world. It is worth knowing our educational development as we are the key persons to its door to prosperity as far as learning is concern.
Educators need to be educated to improve the quality of education. As what the different heads of the department did for the educational system. Just like learning which is a continuous process, we the agent of learning. Should continue to find way of educating ourselves for our personal and professional growth.
