Teachers were frequently involved in community activities. The teachers help the people in the community, coordinating to them harmoniously to implement the thrust of education for they are the molders of the youth and for this, the teacher’s lives noble and dignified.

One important factor for success in this world is doing more work than one is paid for, without regard for material reward. The real motivation must come from within the individual. The higher the ambition, the better it becomes and the more you work, the more you succeed. The attitude toward work and a relationship between education and work must be fully developed within the individual in school and in the community.

The school must concentrate on the teaching of basic knowledge, skills and desirable attitudes in both elementary and secondary levels. Basic skills refer to literary skills in the 3 R’s as well as work and social skills. Desirable attitudes and values should include “good manners and right conduct.” And how to deal with other people.

A good teacher is one who possess the following qualities in their order of importance (1) ability to teach the 3R’s (2) understand and loves children, and (3) is a good model of desirable behavior.

Towards successful teaching, teachers should perform the following 4 major task (a) objectives (b) strategies (c) evaluation and assessment. However, teacher to be a teacher should be teachable, efficient, ambitious, cordial, honest, earnest and reliable.
