Gone are the days when pupils/children depend only to what their teachers said, command and teach. They can’t express themselves. They were full of questions, and their curiosity that they only kept to themselves, maybe because of their fear to their teachers. And they were not given the chance to show their abilities and capabilities. They were seated on the seats provided for them and they’re not allowed to roam around the room.
Compare to the previous year, almost of our pupil nowadays are misguided. They are full of questions and curiosity that’s why some of them need attention and understanding. Maybe it’s because they are not provided with enough care and love. Although teachers do their duties and obligations for their pupils, it is not enough to teach them.
Teachers and parents should be involved in nourishing children with understanding. Oftentimes, the teacher misjudged the children. They don’t even give them a chance to show their capacity as a learner because of their weaknesses. And sometimes, lack of understanding causes problems to a child in terms of studies. To avoid these things happen, teachers must understand their pupils. Here are some suggestions on how to do it. First, try to accept the child for what he is, because every individual has his own differences. Second, consider the people around them. Have a communication to their love ones. Third, be patient and show a motherly care .Don’t hesitate to help the child every time they are in trouble and give them a piece of advice. Fourth, value their positive attitude. Always give them praise in order to show that you appreciate their good doings. Lastly, take them as blessings. Do not consider them as your pupils instead consider them as family member that will teach them to do things accordingly.
