Action speaks louder than words. But an action never gets started without a convincing power and that is through motivation.
Motivation works wonders. Motivation in teaching triggers full participation for it catches the attention of learners. It caters the interest of pupils toward the entire lesson. Motivation does not step at the part of the lesson plan itself but must go on through each part so as to maintain the learners focus. Acknowledgment and appreciation on simple deeds is a form of motivation. A short round of lost given to a pupil is a very good motivation.
A child-friendly motivation to non-doers or dull-workers is a great encouragement to get pupils back to work. As sincere motivation to parents during a parent-teacher conference indulges to support both his child’s and teacher’s demand. An eager motivation can tap stakeholders involved themselves in any project proposals. A clinical or intensive supervision done with modesty and respect motivates unfocused teachers.
Teaching goes with motivation as motivation yields learning and participation. Learned the art of motivation and you will never go wrong.
