A child’s progress in his studies aside from himself lies on the teacher and also on the parent’s cooperation with the teacher.

Since the present time is much influenced by media and modernization, the teacher and parents must work hand in hand in guiding and improving the performance of the learner.

Usual follow up by the parents to their child of what they acquired in school for the whole day would be very helpful.

Spending time with one’s child after school, asking him of the day that transpired would further support the child’s development and progress.

The teachers must also have an open line with the parents.  Any problem, activity, progress, development and improvement involving the child will inform the parents of the child’s undertakings.

Regular meeting with the parents in school could be very healthy not only to the teacher and parents but also to the welfare of the learner.

Teachers must continue to communicate with the parents and vice versa.  The line of communication will serve as a link that would enhance the state of the child as a learner.
