“WHEREAS, there is an existing road within Bilolo Elementary School Annex Compound which is still undeveloped and unnamed;
“WHEREAS, the Hon. Mayor Gabriel L. Manrique has proposed and recommended the name “TEODORO DEL ROSARIO STREET” be given to the situated in the abovecited schoolground, in honor of the person, who donated a piece of land within which the school now stands, the late Mr. Teodoro del Rosario, a former “Tiniente del Barrio” of Barangay Bilolo, this municipality;
