SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET NO. 2
“WHEREAS, as of May 20, 1985, there exists in the Book of Accounts of the Municipal Treasurer of Orion, Bataan, unappropriated balance per last budgetno. 1 in the total amount of P20,001.38;
“WHEREAS, there also appears underestimated revenue from Fisheries in the amount of P10,500.00, from Mayor’s Permit in the amount of P10,000.00 and from Public Market Receipts in the amount of P25,000.00;
“WHEREAS, it is necessary to allocate additional appropriation for the improvement of public service and other relevant purposes in the total amount of P55,500.00;
