A RESOLUTION STRONGLY OPPOSING THE APPROVAL OF SURVEY NO. FLI-03-05-000015-D OF PACITA CRUZ AND REQUESTING THE HONORABLE MINISTER, MINISTRY OF NATURAL RESOURCES, THROUGH THE DIRECTOR OF LANDS, TO GRANT THE FORESHORE LANDS COVERED BY THE SAID SURVEY AND NOW IDENTIFIED IN SHEET NO. 10 OF PLD-03-000019 FPR THE MUNICIPALITY OF ORION DULY APPROVED BY THE REGIONAL DIRECTOR OF THE BUREAU OF LANDS TO THE MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF ORION IN ACCORDANCE WITH R.A. NO. 1899.
“WHEREAS, Survey no. FLI-03-05-000015-D for Pacita Cruz of Balanga, Bataan, covering the Foreshore Lands bordering Sitio Mantigbe, Barangay Putting Buhangin, Orion, Bataan, is now undergoing re-investigation by the district Land Officer, Bureau of Lands, Balanga, Bataan, for comments and recommendation, in accordance with the letter-request of the applicant;
“WHEREAS, said applicant Pacita Cruz is unknown in this Municipality of Orion and has never been a resident therein;
“WHEREAS, said applicant Pacita Cruz has never secured any clearance any clearance from either the Barangay Council of Puting Buhangin or from the Municipal Mayor of Orion;
