“WHEREAS, Lourdes Dajero, a civic-minded and generous citizen of this municipality who donated to the Municipal Government of Orion appraisal of land for the site of the new public market, has requested this august Body in session to approve the subdivision of the adjacent lots to the site which she also owns;
“WHEREAS, it is the consensus of this Body that the said subdivision would serve the purpose of providing middle-class families spaces for commercial purpose and thereby ensure additional revenues for the municipality;
NOW, THEREFORE, on motion of SB Member Teodoro T. Catalan duly seconded by SB Member Pedro R. Santos be it
“RESOLVED, that this Body in session assembled, approves as it hereby approves, the subdivision to be undertaken by Lourdes Dajero on her lots adjacent to the site of the new Orion public Market;
