“WHEREAS, there appears in the Book of Accounts of the Municipal Treasurer, as of August 5, 1985, unappropriated balance per last budget no. 3 in the amount of P5,626.38;
“WHEREAS, there also exists reversion of appropriation from Grants-P1,500.00, from Town Planning-P4,000.00, from Office Supplies (SB)-P2,000.00, form Slaughter Office (Illumination) – P1,000.00, from Nutrition – P1,000.00, from Funeral Aid – P3,500.00, from Salaries of Municipal Driver, Bill Collector and Day Care Worker – P5,640.00, P5,640.00, and P5,640.00, respectively, and from 3% Aid to Hospital (Excess) – P1,084.44, and Fisheries – P7,000.00, Residence Tax – P10,000.00, Fines and
Penalties – P8,000.00, Real Property Tax PY – P6,288.00, representing underestimated revenues;
“WHEREAS, it is deemed necessary to allocate additional appropriations for Repair of Equipment – P3,000.00, for Communication – P3,000.00, for Other Services – P6,000.00, for Illumination – P20,000.00, for Gasoline, Oil and Parts – P15,000.00, for Supplies (MO) – P5,000.00, for Water Rental – P4,000.00, for Lot Rental – P2,000.00, and for Supplies (TO) – P5,000.00;
