WHEREAS, the Municipal Treasurer of Orion, Bataan, reported that as of this date, there is recorded in the Book of Accounts of the municipality the amount of EIGHTY SEVEN THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED EIGHTY FOUR PESOS & 52/100 (P87,784.52) representing savings from the 1992 NALGU funds granted to the Municipality of Orion for the implementation of the following projects, which were completed already:
