A RESOLUTION ADOPTING INTERNAL RULES OF PROCEDURE FOR THE SANGGUNIANG BAYAN OF ORION, BATAAN
WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Bayan of Orion, Bataan, is a legislative body duly organized pursuant to law for the enactment of ordinances and the adoption of resolutions for the governance of the Municipal Government of Orion;
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of republic Act 7160, otherwise known as the Local Government Code of 1991, the local sanggunian bodies have the inherent right and obligation of adopting its own rules of procedure for the proper discharge of legislative functions;
