WHEREAS, there is unappropriated balance representing Balance Available from Appropriations and 2% Reserve (Calamity Fund) in the total amount of P3,711.16;
WHEREAS, there is a reversion of appropriations for Garbage Truck rental, improvement of Municipal Building and various community projects in the total amount of P10,500.00;
WHEREAS, for the good of public service , there is a need to appropriate fund for the construction of Daan Bago Public Toilet;
