WHEREAS, Mr. Armando V. Mercado presented before this Body his proposal to construct a Memorial Park at Barangay Balagtas, Orion, Bataan;
WHEREAS, the said proposal is subjected to meet the standard requirements need by the different agencies of the national government for their approval;
WHEREAS, in as much as there is a Roman Catholic Cemetery and the Municipal Cemetery, it is sad story to tell that the Roman Catholic Cemetery is almost over-crowded and the Municipal Cemetery is to far along to the poblacion and several barangays of this municipality;
