A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR THE PAYMENT OF PER DIEMS TO ALL AUTHORIZE PERSONS RENDERING SERVICE IN CONNECTION WITH THE CONDUCT OF SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN ELECTIONS IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF ORION, BATAAN
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 2499 promulgated by the Commission on Elections on august 27, 1992, provided for the guidelines for the general elections of the Sangguniang Kabataan;
WHEREAS, it is further provided under the same resolution that there shall be created in every barangay a registration committee which shall conduct the registration of qualified persons, a board of election supervisors (BES) in the municipality which shall directly supervise the conduct of elections and shall act as the final arbiter in the resolution of all election pretests. And a board of election tellers and/or board of canvassers to supervise and conduct the voting and/or counting of votes and canvassing of election returns;
