A RESOLUTION SEEKING THE ASSISTANCE OF HON. DOMINADOR VENEGAS, REPRESENTATIVE OF THE SECOND DISTRICT OF BATAAN, TP PROVIDE THE MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF ORION SUFFICIENT FUNDS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF DRAINAGE SYSTEM IN THE NEW ORION PUBLIC MARKET
WHEREAS, the past municipal administration of Orion, Bataan, accepted the building of the New Orion Public Market from the USAID, thru the ESF Secretariat, which financed its construction without ascertaining the provision of drainage system for the market to become operational;
WHEREAS, the present municipal dispensation, taking into consideration the immediate need to transfer the market from its present site due to congested state, is exerting all possible efforts to seek financial assistance for the construction of drainage system in the new market site since the municipal coffers cannot implement its construction;
