“WHEREAS, pursuant to Supplemental Budget No. 1, General Fund, which was approved per resolution No. 3 s. 1984, on January 16, 1984, by the Sangguniang Bayan, there is a nee to appropriate Additional Incentive Allowance for Barangay Captains;
“WHEREAS, as of February 20, 1984, there is unappropriated balance per last budget no. 1 in the total amount of P16,454.77 and there is a need to revert the amount of P26,400.00 from the Incentive Allowance for Barangay Captains;
