A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT OF BATAAN, THRU THE HONORABLE PROVINCIAL GOVERNOR, TO NEGOTIATE WITH THE NATIONAL POWER CORPORATION TO MAKE BATAAN A BROWN-OUT FREE ZONE IN THE AREA OF CORPORATION
WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Bayan of Limay, Bataan, passed on October 16, 1992, resolution No. 44 requesting the Provincial Governor and the Municipal Mayor to negotiate with the National Power Corporation to make Bataan a Brown-Out Free Zone;
WHEREAS, it is the consensus of the Sangguniang Bayan of Orion, Bataan, that the request of SB – Limay is meritorious and needs full support since the present problem of power shedding is adversely affecting the operations of industrial and commercial establishments in the province and the implementation in Bataan as brown-out free zone would bring positive effects in the entry of prospective investors in the province;
