A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ADOPTING THE ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE AND STAFFING PATTERN OF THE VARIOUS OFFICES OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF ORION, BATAAN
WHEREAS, Republic Act 7160 or the Local government Code of 1991 provides under Book I, Title three, Sec.-76 that, “Every local government unit shall design and implement its own organizational structure and staffing pattern taking into consideration its service requirements and financial capability, subject to the minimum standard and guidelines prescribed by the Civil Service Commission;
WHEREAS, the Honorable Municipal Mayor, thru the Personnel Officer-Designate, presented before this August Body a proposed organization and position chart, considering the priority needs of various offices of the municipal government of Orion and the devolved National Government Agencies to the municipality;
