WHEREAS, the Honorable Mayor of Orion, Bataan, Dr. Antonio H. Mariano, presented before the regular session of the Sangguniang Bayan, the Six-Year Master development Plan for the Municipality of Orion, which was formulated in consonance with the legislative agenda of Honorable Congressman Dominador Venegas of the Second District of Bataan;
