A RESOLUTION EXPRESSING GRATITUDE TO BAI DIRECTOR ROMEO ALCASID AND REQUESTING THE SAME OFFICE TO PROVIDE THE MUNICIPALITY OF ORION ADDITIONAL ANTI-RABIES VACCINE AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Bayan of Orion, Bataan, is very thankful to Director Romeo Alcasid of the Bureau of Animal Industry for the anti-rabies vaccine which his office has provided for the different barangays of the Municipality of Orion;
WHEREAS, it has been reported, despite the efforts made, that school-aged children have been victims of dog bites and that their parents fear for their lives;
