CLOSING SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET NO. 8
“WHEREAS, records of the Municipal Treasurer’s Office revealed that at the close of the Calendar Year ending December 28, 1984, there is an unappropriated balance in the amount of P20,194.97 and a reversion of appropriation in the amount of P115,190.14;
“WHEREAS, there also appears underestimated revenues and overestimated revenues in the amount of P34,108.70 and P148,074.04, respectively, and Interfund Transfer from SEF in the amount of P11,000.00;
NOW, THEREFORE, on motion of SB Member Teodoro T. Catalan duly seconded by SB Member Pedro R. Santos be it
“RESOLVED, as it hereby resolved by this Body in session, that the Closing Supplemental Budget No. 8 for the Calendar Year ending December 28, 1984, General Fund, presented before this Body by the Municipal Mayor , be approved as it hereby approved;
