“WHEREAS, the proposed transfer of Orion Public Market to a lot in Barangay Balagtas, a proposal embodied in Resolution no. 29 s. 1983 of the Sangguniang Bayan of Orion, Bataan, which was approved on October 3, 1983, did not materialized due to the reluctance and refusal of some of the heirs of the late Urbano Sto. Domingo, owner of the said lot;
“WHEREAS, civic-consciousness and generosity dwell in the person of Lourdes Dajero, from Villa Angeles, Orion, Bataan, who is very willing to donate a part of her land, measuring EIGHT THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED NINETY THREE SQUARE METERS (8,193 sq. m.) more or less, located at Barangay Daan Bilolo, Orion, Bataan, and about fifty (50) meters from the National Road and is very suitable for a public market site and its perimeter road;
