The teachers should do their part to help achieve this thrust. The task of educational managers is to develop, change and adopt educational services in a period of unprecedented change. Every classroom teacher has a high expectation regarding the development of the learners.
When teachers have high morale, they work well. They put in on excellent performance, but when their morale is low, the quality of their performance is equally low.
The school system should grow in unity, strength, and effectiveness as individual members find in their power to ability to promote the type of environment and expectation that will fulfil them.
