To quality education at all levels and take appropriate steps to make such educations accessible to all.
The Department of Budget and Management records shows that Education is one among the top budgetary priorities.The government is trying to invest on our citizens to help them alleviate their lives. In this way, development can be achieve not only for them but for the country as a whole.
Congress enacted numbers of laws creating and establishing Schools from Basic Education ( Elementary and High School) to several State Colleges and Universities.
Now a days, to be uneducated is our own free choice not of any reasons (poverty, etc.) at all. Why? Because the government is doing all and exerting all means to abide with what the Constitution States. It is now for the citizenry to grab this opportunities, because as Dr. Jose Rizal says, It is only thru Education, we will truly be independent.
