A municipal policy was promulgated by a Municipal Ordinance No. 08-020-052 on April 29, 2008, prohibiting smoking in public places and public conveyances in the municipality of Orion. It directed the Municipal Health Officer to promulgate rules and regulations. Two (2) years have passed by Doctor Health Officer, when do we expect the implementation? Should there be signs posted on the affected areas? Do you need more time?
