A teacher is a good Leader and a good leader has a strong power who influential enough people to follow. A teacher Leader expected to have a wide role to support school as our organization and build the entire school’s capacity to improve academically accelerated and develop student’s success.
Leader has a power mind; he is one face ahead to his learners. He has intelligence as source of his power. He learns to manage people, because as a leader, you must have a great leadership.
A teacher leader is characterized as a great motivator. He or she has an ability to talk, to motivate or either persuade his learner in decision making, attitudes, innovations and a new ideas. He possess a virtues: as dedication in his profession a pleasing personality, open mind, have fairness and justice, love for country and the most important is with God-fearing.
