The best way to keep the children on the right track is to instill the proper attitude and love for learning.
Educators must concern with the psychology of children. They must also look into the sociology of human behavior of a child. The effect of the family, neighborhood and community upon young people is demanding, and must be given priority. As children develop, they assimilate the ideals of the culture in which they are reared. People vary in their idea what is right or proper behavior.
As a teacher we must know the nature of the child to be motivated, directed guided and evaluated. To understand them we should know their needs, abilities and goals. The behavior of a child at any given moment is the result of biological environment factors operating simultaneously.
