Competence-based Performance Appraisal System for teachers to ensure support for the continuous professional growth of teachers, to recognize the quality of teacher’s accomplishments, to provide teachers with meaningful activities that encourage their professional learning and growth and to achieve high levels of learners’ performance and improved learning outcomers are the purposes of the CB-PAST.
CB-PAST will make a lot of difference in the lives of our dear teachers. It will serve as their inspiration to do better and to produce more competitive individuals. Teachers will become more result oriented because of the CB-PAST. It’s one way of evaluating the teachers’ performance. At last, teachers now will be appraised based on their merits, performance and accomplishments.
