Mayor Antonio L.Raymundo Jr This event was highlighted by the reorientation of barangay captains on the Early Childhood Care and Development Program ( ECCD ) being implemented by different offices of the LGU – Orion. <br /><br />The Adarna books that distributed to the workers day care workers are of great help to children / beneficiaries as they can learn Filipino values , nutrition , health etc. from its contents which will form part of better ECCD goal and implementation .
