Ideally, respect need not to be earned but realistically, it must be. Too many parents demand respect while acting in ways that tend to make children rebel. There are children who conform to their parents wishes out of fear. But it should not be the case. Children should conform to their parents wishes out of love and respect.
People who are impatient and lose control of their emotions risk emptying love cups and losing respect. Just like husbands and wives who quarreled right in front of their siblings .How can such parents earn respect from their own children if they themselves have no respect for each other ?Maybe it will take a longer time before such parents could win the love and respect of their children which were lost because of their indifferences to each other.
How can teachers of today’s children earn respect and love if they themselves do not love and respect these children ?Mentors should be the one to set good example to these young generations so they could earn love and respect from them. If you shower ,give and share love and respect ,for sure you will get them I return.
