I join the good people of Orion in celebrating not only three centuries and forty years of your municipality’s existence, but also the lives of the people, families and communities that have made Orion what it is today. The “Orion … A Glimpse of the Past and the Grandeur of the Present,” is not only a record of the significant historical and cultural relevance of Orion in Philippine history, but also of the achievements and accomplishments of the of your municipality’s prominent individuals.

It takes a lot of preparation and hard work to ensure a memorable and meaningful centennial celebration. Not all executives have the talents or the dedication to even think of holding such a celebration. My congratulations go to Mayor Antonio L.
