The success and failure of teachers are often the result of how much assistance and guidance they receive from their superior or schoolhead.The schoolhead therefore should prioritize the kind of approach and the supervisory model that he’ll use in guiding the teachers.

Regarding supervision, the teachers must be fully aware that it is designed to uplift and improve their performance as well as to improve the teaching-learning situation in school.It’s aim is to help every classroom teacher improve particular aspects of teaching thru the different supervisory styles being imposed by the schoolhead.

The teacher and the schoolhead should work hand-in-hand so as to attain a very satisfactory school performance and achievements.
