13 Schools of Orion District are just some of the recipients of textbooks donated by Congressman Albert S.Garcia. The turn-over ceremony supposed to be last June 24, 2009, 2:00 p.m. at the Division Office Library Hub, where in almost all of the school principals and District Supervisors of the 2nd Congressional District were present. Headed by Orion District Supervisor, Ma. Fe V. Angeles , all the principals of Orion graced the occasion. All schools of Orion were represented. But due to some unavoidable circumstances, such as typhoon Congressman Albert Garcia didn’t able to personally turn over the books to the school principals. Nevertheless, his generosity and support were recognized and highly appreciated by school principals and district supervisors. In the said event, Dr. Romeo M. Alip, Schools Division Superintendent gave bountiful insights regarding the purpose of the project and other matter concerning DepEd-Bataan.
