Many lives were killed and many properties were lost due to the different calamities stroked in our country. These happenings will not be missed with the eye of the young scouts. Saving the mother earth is one of the main goals in scouting.
Young scouts showed their concern with the environment by planting more tree seedlings in and out of the school. Their small hands, took a big part in the community. Their small voices reached the top of the mountain saying, “Neither typhoon Ondoy nor typhoon Peping can ruin the place where we live in.”
The true essence and spirit of scouting keep burning and flaming in one’s heart of a true scout of the Philippines.
