Self-discipline –is the ability to get yourself to take action regardless of your emotional state. It involves acting according to what you think instead of how you feel in the moment. It sacrifices the pleasure and thrill of the moment for what matters most in life.

Enthusiasm – Achieving your goal is such a sweet prize. Just like doing your job with a keen interest for the benefit of others and your own self-worth than pulling others down for your own interest.

Love – Love your neighbor with all your mind, heart and strength, as you love the Creator, the second greatest commandment. Think and consider other’s feeling first before acting upon things. Remember, you are doing those things because you love them not only yourself.

Free will¬- Freedom of human beings to make decisions and choices.Choices to control or reject unnecessary or harmful impulses.Freedom to arrive as a decision and follow it with perseverance until its successful accomplishment.

Determination – Desire to overcome unnecessary and useless habits. Imagine what you could accomplish if you could simply get yourself to follow through on your best intentions no matter what. No matter how strict your bosses are, determination gives you strength and drives you to accomplish your goal.

Initiative– Taking the first step does not lessen your being or an act of cowardice. You know what you could have done or should have done in a certain moment that in the end will play an important role in everyone’s life.

Satisfaction– Be satisfied with what you have. Be contented with what you are wanting more than one needs or deserves is a deadly sin.

Commitment – It is more than responsibility. You do things not because you ought to but because of your passion. Loving and committing to your work is far better than engaging for a highly cost penny.

Intelligence – The ability to cope with new situation. You really are intelligent if you’ll engage in a new set-up, and you accept positively and devote selflessly.

Patience – The capacity to endure or wait calmly. Everything is according to plan. It might be time for others to experience, grow and succeed for now, so wait for your turn patiently and be happy for other’s success.

Leadership – An act of reading. Leader must be a good follower, listener and defender. Those possessions make a great difference in everyone’s life.

Inspiration – Be inspired. Be an inspiration to others. Be persevere in whatever you do. Bestow the ability to withstand hardships and difficulties, whether physical, emotional or mental.

Neutrality – Be just. Know the both sides of the dice. Study the roots and consequences. Balance each situation. Practice inner strength and decisiveness.

Exercise – Exercise self-discipline. These simple but effective exercises, can be performed everywhere and at any time. Go slowly and gradually, and you will see how you get stronger and your life start improving
