For me the effective leadership style of a good teacher does not merely defines that you are a Summa Cum Laude of your class but doing leadership with Emotional Intelligence which refers to the capacity for recognizing the feelings of your students and motivating and managing emotion as well. We must have the AURA in dealing with your students. Appreciate ,Understand, Respond, and Adapt to the challenges that face us. Remember that a school will run even without a teacher but cannot run without a student. They are the center of the Educative process wherein we get our bread and butter.
You must possess and have humanitarian touch in dealing with the learners. You must act as a leader but not as a Manager.
