All of us are school agent of change. Change from the better because nothing is permanent in this world except the word change. For me to make the school successful a School Head know needs to learn more.
As we entering to the Globally Competitive World of Computers, we must be a flexible, able to adopt ourselves to the different rends not for us to be left behind.
You must study carefully all the domains for improvement.
There are many domains for improvement curriculum and instruction, performance and development of students, professional/personal performance of teachers and staff, administration/organization, some facilities and supplies and external relations.
