Last December 14, 2007 , the Social Welfare and Development Office in close coordination with the Office of the Mayor have conducted meeting with  the disadvantaged out-of- school-youths at Sitio Araro in barangay San Vicente, Orion, Bataan  and  organized them into (PYA ) Pagasa Youth Assosciation which  enable them realize their potentials, become responsible leaders and contributing members of  the  society  to  national  development. The  designed  program  and   activities specifically  aims  to  instill  in  the youth  the  sense  of  volunteerism and value  of community  service  to  less  privileged  sectors  of   the  society;  to  develop  the interest, capacities  and  positive attitudes  of  the youth to  enable them attain  self fulfillment and develop a sense of responsibility and leadership skills to  be  able  to work  with  others  for  the  benefit  of  the  family,  community   and  the  nation  a whole.
